Part-Time Assistant – Insurance Claims (Residential Properties)

Blue Nova Builders is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented part-time assistant to help with residential insurance claim documentation and field support.

Job Responsibilities:
• Meet insurance adjusters on-site at residential properties
• Meet with property managers as needed for inspections and access coordination
• Take clear, organized photos of property damage
• Assist with documenting damage for insurance claims
• Help ensure properties are properly detailed before and during inspections
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and adjusters
• Maintain organized records and photos from each job site

Requirements:
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors and around residential construction environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to take clear photos using a smartphone or camera
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with construction, roofing, or property inspections
• Familiarity with insurance claims or estimating processes

Schedule & Pay:
• Part-time, flexible hours depending on project schedule
