Roofing Signer – Commission Based
Gold Star Premium Roofing
We are seeking confident, motivated Roofing Signers to work directly with homeowners and
insurance companies. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable closing deals and
managing insurance-driven roofing projects from inspection to approval.
Compensation
• $500 per approved insurance claim
• $1,000 per approved claim on homes over 35 squares
• Commission-based with strong earning potential
• No cap on income
Job Responsibilities
• Meet with homeowners and explain the roofing and insurance process
• Inspect roofs and property for hail and storm damage
• Determine eligibility for insurance claims
• Secure signed contracts when damage is present
• Call and coordinate with homeowner’s insurance company
• Schedule and meet insurance adjusters on-site
• Get roofs approved through insurance
• Turn approved jobs into the office for production and billing
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and closing contracts
• Basic roofing and insurance knowledge preferred
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely
• Self-motivated, commission-driven mindset
