Boat Mechanic-Trainee

CP Marine is seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as a Boat Mechanic Trainee. This position is ideal for someone with prior mechanical repair experience who wants to build a long-term career in the marine industry.

Pay:
$18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Hours:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

Mechanical repair experience required (automotive, small engine, diesel, etc.)

Dependable and punctual

Strong integrity and work ethic

Clean criminal background

Non-smoker / no vaping

Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities include:

Assisting senior boat mechanics

Performing basic mechanical repairs and maintenance

Learning marine engines and systems

Running parts and supplies

Minor office and shop duties

Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
