Administrative Assistant – Front Desk / Customer Service (Visalia)
This job opportunity is located in Visalia, CA
$17.75–$18.00/hr | Mon–Fri | Day Shift
Exact Staff is currently seeking a professional and personable Administrative Assistant to support a busy office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, stays organized, and communicates confidently.
Position Details
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM
• 30 hours per week (up to 40 for the right candidate)
• 7-month assignment
• Pay: $17.75–$18.00/hr (may be higher based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and provide excellent front-desk customer service
• Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
• Heavy use of Microsoft Outlook for email communication
• Assist with scheduling and general administrative duties
• Light sales support while working closely with the Director of Sales
• Maintain a polished and professional office presence
Requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable interacting with clients and internal staff
