Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Operations & Sales Coordinator to support the daily management and growth of our TikTok Shop stores.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered around store operations, product performance, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands the pace of online commerce, is detail-oriented, and is motivated by results.
You will play a direct role in helping brands scale while gaining real operational experience inside a high-growth agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily TikTok Shop store operations, ensuring product listings are accurate, optimized, and active
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and inventory levels
• Assist in planning and executing promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches
• Track GMV, conversion metrics, and campaign performance
• Coordinate with creators to align content with sales objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and drive revenue
• Maintain organized operational data, dashboards, and reporting
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

What We’re Looking For

Preferred:
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or online retail
• Exposure to sales-driven or performance-based environments

Compensation

Starting at $16.90/hour, with additional performance bonuses tied directly to sales outcomes.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position. We believe in high collaboration, fast execution, and building a strong operational culture together. Remote work is not currently available.
