FAST GUARD Security is a professional security services provider specializing in high-risk, time-sensitive assignments. We are currently seeking a top-quality, highly experienced Fire Watch Security Guard to support a critical, long-term assignment with an immediate start.

Position Details
Service Type: Fire Watch
Schedule: 8-hour shifts; 24/7 coverage required until the new fire alarm system installation is complete
Pay Rate: Starting at $41/hour
Start Date: Immediate

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional security experience
Active California Guard Card (BSIS) – Required
Fire Watch certification/training – Required
Proven Fire Watch experience
Strong knowledge of fire safety procedures and emergency response
Ability to conduct detailed patrols and identify potential fire hazards
Excellent written and verbal reporting skills
Strong written and verbal reporting skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional at all times
Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Primary Responsibilities

Provide continuous Fire Watch services throughout the facility

Conduct regular and documented patrols of all assigned areas

Immediately identify, report, and respond to fire hazards, smoke, or unsafe conditions

Maintain accurate and compliant Fire Watch logs and reports

Coordinate with emergency responders when required

Ensure full compliance with all California and local Fire Watch requirements
