Job OverviewO’Hagan Electric is seeking a mid-level Residential Electrician with approximately 3 years of residential electrical experience to join our growing field team in Irvine, CA.This position is not entry-level and requires prior hands-on residential experience. At the same time, this role is not intended for highly seasoned or senior-level electricians. It is ideal for electricians who already understand the basics of residential work and are ready to sharpen their skills, take on more responsibility, and grow within a stable, well-established company.If you are dependable, customer-focused, and serious about becoming a stronger electrician in the next six months than you are today, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.Apply NEC code-compliant practices in real-world jobsite environments.Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent the company with integrity.Accurately use tools, materials, and mobile applications for job documentation.Maintain a clean, organized worksite and company vehicle.Follow all safety standards and company procedures.Continuously improve technical skills, efficiency, and customer service.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical experience requiredValid California ET (Electrician Trainee) Card requiredHigh school diploma or GED preferredProfessional appearance, punctual, and reliableStrong communication skills with clients and teammatesComfortable using a smartphone for communication and documentationAble to clearly explain work to customers and demonstrate basic sales awarenessMust speak English fluentlyMust live within 30–40 minutes of Irvine, CAMotivated, eager to learn, and committed to full-time workImportant Note:This role is intended for electricians with mid-level experience. It is not suitable for entry-level applicants and not designed for highly seasoned or senior-level experts.
