PLEASE READ THIS IN DETAIL! We are a growing mmj company looking for reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
* Assist with daily production tasks including processing, packaging, and labeling
* Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Ability to pass a background check
* Reliable transportation to and from work
* Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred (Not Required)
Previous production, manufacturing, or cannabis industry experience
