Project Manager Needed for Residential Remodel (Mission Dolores, SF)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a single-family home remodel in the Mission Dolores neighborhood of San Francisco. The project will run approximately April–July 2026 and includes adding an additional story to the home.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing residential renovations who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the moving, staging, and protection of furniture and household items throughout the remodel
- Ensuring all interior spaces are cleared, protected, and accessible when the construction team needs access
- Serving as liaison with the contractor, sourcing furniture and other materials to ensure timely delivery and keep the project on schedule
- Tracking project phases and anticipating upcoming needs or conflicts
- Proactively communicating project status, timelines, and issues to the homeowner
- Monitoring on-site conditions to ensure work proceeds smoothly and respectfully within an occupied home
- Helping identify and resolve issues before they become problems

Ideal candidate:
- Has prior experience managing residential renovations or remodels
- Is comfortable working closely with contractors and construction teams
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Is proactive, responsive, and clear in communication
- Can be present on-site as needed during construction phases
- Is calm, practical, and solution-oriented
