Job Description

Well-established CPA firm in West Boca Raton is seeking a reliable and professional Office Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and assisting clients in person and by phone
• Maintaining and organizing our electronic document management system
• Processing tax returns, financial statements, and accounting documents for client delivery
• Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Performing general clerical and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Prior administrative experience in an accounting or CPA firm preferred
• Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial documents
• QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
This position involves daily interaction with clients, vendors, and staff, so professionalism, confidentiality, and dependability are essential.
