Customer Service Representative (Alexandria and Chantilly)

Face-to-Face Client Interaction (Buying, Selling, Appraising, etc.)
Phone Client Interaction (Scheduling, Appraising, etc.)
Handling POS transactions (Cash, Card, Returns, etc.)
Handling Fine Metals and Jewelry
Learning Valuation and Appraisal Techniques (experience is a plus - on-the-job training provided!)
Inventory Management (Organizing, Spreadsheet Tracker, etc.)
Organizing and Cleaning
Direct Communication w/Supervisor
Attending In-Store Meetings with Clients (Note Taking, etc.)


Qualifications:

1-2 Years Front Facing Customer Service (Retail preferred, all experience welcome!)
1 Year Administrative Experience (Email, Inventory, Spreadsheets, etc.)
Clean Background Check - MUST be Bondable
Verifiable Employment
(Preferred, Not Required) Bilingual, English and Spanish
Strong Communication/Sales Skills
Availability:

Hours of operation M-F 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, S 10:00 AM - 3 PM
5 Days a Week, 8 Hour Shifts
1-2 Saturdays a month
Pay and Salary: Training $15 an hour it last a month or two if you learn fast it will end fast. after Training it will be $17 an hour
