Hiring: Sales Support Associate (Entry-Level)

Accent Marble & Granite is a second-generation family-owned countertop fabrication business. We supply, fabricate & install counter tops for residential & commercial projects. We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team. Minimal experience needed — just energy, ambition, and a willingness to learn.

We are seeking someone who can support our sales team with:
• Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and job documentation
• Assist customers with material selection and product knowledge
• Review drawings, measurements, and job details for accuracy
• Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure smooth project flow
• Answer customer questions regarding materials, lead times, and installation processes
• Maintain organized records of orders, changes, and communications

Qualifications:
• Sales or customer support experience in interior design or finish trade construction is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency including Excel & Word
• Basic ability to read & understand measurements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
