Shop Welder / Fabricator (Aluminum Experience Required)

BNB Metals is a fast-growing ornamental and miscellaneous metals company specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled Shop Welder / Fabricator with strong aluminum experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Fabricate aluminum railings, gates, trellises, shade structures, and custom assemblies
Read and interpret shop drawings accurately
TIG & MIG weld aluminum (clean, consistent welds required)
Layout, measure, cut, and assemble materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work closely with supervisors and QC to ensure quality standards
Requirements:
3+ years aluminum fabrication experience
Strong TIG welding skills (aluminum)
Ability to read shop drawings
Experience with grinders, saws, ironworkers, and shop equipment
Reliable transportation
Team-oriented attitude
