Everglades West toll plaza in Naples, FL as a
Toll Collector/Cashier.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, cash handling experience,
and the ability to work outdoors in an active environment. If you have a valid Florida driver's license, a h.s. diploma (or equivalent), can work weekend hours, and have some experience handling cash using a computerized system, then we are interested in you.

What You’ll Do

Greet motorists and provide friendly, professional service
Collect and process toll payments accurately
Make change, issue receipts, and complete insufficient fund slips
Classify vehicles by visual inspection
Balance cash and complete daily operational reports
Maintain a safe, efficient toll lane operation

What You Bring

Customer-focused attitude with a positive, professional demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Florida driver’s license
Experience handling cash using a computerized system
Availability to work weekends
Ability to follow procedures and work independently


Physical Requirements

Ability to walk long distances and safely cross toll lanes
Ability to climb and descend stairs
Ability to carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to visually assess vehicle classifications
