Holiday Mechanical AC Services LLC is seeking experienced HVAC Sheetmetal/ Fiberglass Field Foreman to oversee on-site HVAC installation projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of sheet metal, duct board systems, and HVAC components. You’ll be responsible for directing crews, maintaining project schedules, coordinating trades, and ensuring top-quality work that meets mechanical codes. Key Responsibilities
Manage HVAC field projects from mobilization through completionOrder materials and equipment, and interpret submittals and plansPerform layout and installation for sheet metal and duct board systemsInstall RTUs, AHUs, gravity vents, fans, hoods, louvers, and roof curbsEnsure all work complies with current mechanical and fire codesCoordinate with other trades and participate in subcontractor meetingsHold crew accountable to quality standards, safety, and timelinesMonitor job budgets and critical paths in collaboration with Project ManagerSupport and mentor field crew to develop top-tier tradespeople
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of HVAC sheet metal/duct board experienceProven ability to lead and manage field crewsStrong knowledge of mechanical codes and HVAC componentsSkilled in reading plans, taking measurements, and cutting layoutsMust be comfortable participating in jobsite meetings and trade coordinationProficient in interpreting submittals and managing on-site materialsHigh school diploma or GED requiredRequired Certifications:OSHA 30Forklift & Material Lift CertificationCrane Signal Certification (preferred)
