Property & Building Maintenance Helper

Family owned small business serving Jacksonville for over 50 years is hiring a Property and Building Maintenance Helper. Responsibilities include responding to tenant repair requests, assisting with troubleshooting issues, completing work orders and service documentation. Daily communication with supervisors and office staff. Report safety hazards, incidents and security concerns. Work independently with limited super vision after training. Other duties as assigned.

Must be physically able to lift, carry, climb stairs/ladders and perform manual tasks and be able to work in all weather conditions.

Requirements include basic construction/maintenance knowledge helpful, safe use of hand and power tools. Must have valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance, reliable transportation and pass a criminal background check.

Hours are M-F 40 hours per week, pay is competitive and based on experience. Benefits are available after a 90 day probationary period and include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid major holidays and more.
