General laborer/skilled laborer

Lux Foundation Solutions is hiring strong, reliable general laborers for ongoing construction work.

This is hands-on work, not a sit-around job. Looking for people who show up on time, work hard, and want steady pay.

Pay:
• $175–$200 per day
• Based on experience, attitude, and work ethic

Duties may include:
• Assisting with construction and labor tasks
• Digging, lifting, carrying materials
• Job site cleanup and organization
• Working alongside skilled crew members
