Shift: 6 am-2:30 pm Monday through Friday

Job Description:
1-Call Staffing is currently hiring Deburr Operators to support our manufacturing clients in the Kingman area. This position is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from metal or manufactured parts to meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Deburr metal or manufactured parts using hand tools, grinders, files, or air tools

Inspect parts for quality, defects, and accuracy

Follow safety guidelines and work instructions

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Meet daily production and quality goals

Communicate issues with supervisors as needed

Requirements:

Manufacturing or deburring experience preferred (not required)

Ability to safely use hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliable transportation and attendance

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years. No Speeding, DUI, or other tickets
