Company Overview: Integrity Leveling is a leading C47 licensed mobile home contractor dedicated to providing our residents with safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Home Repair Technicians to join our team and help us maintain and improve our customer's properties.



Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a versatile and experienced professional capable of handling a wide range of tasks, from routine maintenance and repairs to full-scale home renovations and remodel projects. This role requires a strong understanding of various trades, including carpentry, foundation leveling, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.



Responsibilities:
Perform routine repairs on mobile home structures, including walls, flooring, and foundations.

Conduct plumbing work, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, rebuilding drains under the home, and installing new fixtures.

Handle small electrical tasks, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.

Install and repair drywall, siding, and skirting.

Perform carpentry work, including framing, cabinet installation, and trim work.

Perform foundation repairs and maintenance underneath mobile homes.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and manage tools and equipment effectively.

Communicate with residents and management to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.



Qualifications:
Proven experience in mobile home, modular, or residential construction and repair.

Proficiency in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Proper tools and transportation.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.



Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: Competitive, based on experience. Phone allowance. Company IRA

Benefits: Paid time off and some major holidays off. Possibility of working up to a company vehicle and/or a vehicle allowance with a company gas card.
