Home health care worker needed

Hi, my name is Anissa Johnson. I’m a 31 year-old full-time wheelchair user with Cerebral Palsy. I’m looking for a home health aid so that I don’t have to move out of my apartment and into a group home.
For the moment I need someone in the evenings from 6 to 9 PM

I have a neighbor helping me. She is 70 years old. I need assistance with transferring to the restroom, in and out of the bed, in and out of the shower, I can cook, but I need assistance gathering ingredients and prepping. The position comes through Phoenix home care at $15 per hour. 3 to 4 hours per night it would be best if I was not your only individual.
But the situation is dire
I don’t want something to happen to my neighbor, and I am unprepared, please. I know there is not a lot of money in this field, but I desperately need assistance.
I don’t have family in the area and if I leave, I lose any financial freedom
Any help would be appreciated
