Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Hollywood Fl

We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to join our growing Property Management team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and experienced with Microsoft Office and property management tasks. maybe with knowledge of AppFolio

✨ Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally
• Greet tenants, vendors, and visitors in a friendly manner
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
• Prepare letters, notices, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word & Excel
• Assist with tenant applications, lease paperwork, and renewals
• Schedule appointments, property showings, and maintenance requests
• Communicate with tenants and vendors regarding work orders and updates
• Support accounting tasks such as data entry, invoices, and basic reporting
• Help maintain property databases and office calendars
• Perform general administrative and office support duties

✅ Requirements

• Previous office or administrative experience (Property Management preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
