The First Point of Contact: Warmly greet residents, family members, and visitors. Manage the front desk and gate with a smile and a helpful attitude.
Resident Support: Assist residents with general inquiries, mail distribution, and coordinating transportation to and from appointments.
Communications Hub: Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, directing inquiries to the appropriate department (Administration, Nursing, Culinary, etc.).
Safety & Security: Monitor the main gate, manage the visitor sign-in log, and ensure the safety of our residents and following security protocols.
Administrative Aid: Assist the administrator with filing, data entry, medical records, and special events and activities.
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, etc.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance, well-mannered and care-focused attitude.
