Aerospace Entry Level Manual Mechanical Work Swing Shift

Gain experience supporting the Aerospace Repair & Overhaul (R&O) industry in a fast-paced entry level position on manual mechanical work if you can pass a drug test. The Phoenix Metropolitan Area is home to numerous Aerospace Companies with our local team holding responsibility to support the mechanical work for over 2,000 Aircraft Engines & Axillary Power Units (APU) annually. As a part of the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) regulated R&O process aircraft engine parts are manual mechanical work (PPE Provided & Required). Employees are trained and relied upon to carefully visually inspect parts for correct protective covers and to identify any metal-on-metal prior to work. Additional cleaning with media blast will also be used. Through training, employees will learn to identify the correct mechanical work process for each aircraft part and execute proper work techniques to maximize output and minimize rework.
