We are a small Owner Operated Property Management Company who is currently seeking a team player for our job opening for a Property Manager position!

Property Managers are Responsible for managing daily operations of the property. The job involves overseeing daily property operations, acting as the main tenant contact for issues like maintenance, rent, and rules, while living on-site for prompt emergency response, handling leasing, coordinating vendors, and maintaining property standards to ensure tenant satisfaction and asset value. Key duties include tenant relations and retention, property maintenance, rent collection, lease enforcement, and emergency availability, often balancing owner's goals with resident needs.

Hours: Full-Time 30 – 35 hours per week (Flexible Schedule)

Compensation: Full Rent Concession Junior Bedroom|1Bathroom Unit Valued at $725.00+ $1,550.00 Monthly Stipend
***Must live on-site

Qualifications:
- Experience in Property Management
- Effective communication, problem solving, organizational skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
