Job description:

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking landscaping crew members for temp-to-hire roles at HOA and community properties in La Cañada Flintridge, California. If you enjoy working outdoors and want a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow, this is a great fit.

PAY: $18 - $19 per hour
HOURS: 40hrs
START DATE: 02/16/2026
DURATION: Temp-to-perm

Position Overview

You’ll be part of a landscaping crew maintaining large residential and community spaces. Work includes general yard care, mowing, trimming, and sprinkler repair. All candidates will go through orientation and safety training before starting.

Daily Responsibilities

Weeding, sweeping, and trash pickup
Trimming bushes and edging lawns
Mowing and maintaining green spaces
Sprinkler repair and basic irrigation tasks
Outdoor work in a team environment

Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to bend, stand, climb, kneel, and twist throughout the day
This position requires proper use of PPE: hard hat, boots, gloves, safety vest, safety glasses
Must complete standard employment screening including background check
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job location.
Drug screening will be conducted onsite during orientation
