Community Acquisition Lead, Part-Time, $20/hr + $40/household

We are running a local pilot in Union County to help households who use SNAP save money on groceries and eat better. We’re looking for a Community Acquisition Lead whose mission is simple: Find, qualify, and onboard households into the pilot. We don't care how the households are found: your network, community groups, online forums, referrals, events, or creative methods of your own. We care that qualified households show up and stay engaged. This is part-time, highly flexible, and results-driven work.

What You Own
- Generating qualified household leads
- Pre-qualifying them (Eligibility, store access, interest)
- Scheduling onboarding calls
- Managing your own pipeline
- Hitting weekly onboarding targets

You’ll thrive here if you are:

Great backgrounds include community organizing, political outreach, nonprofit work, student leadership, hospitality, sales, or anyone with a strong local network. We welcome applications from college students and recent grads as well.

Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Available 10-20 hours per week
- Able to travel around Linden / Union County
- Access to a smartphone

Compensation
$20/hour base
$40 bonus per household that completes the pilot
