Handyman position available

We are a licensed General Contractor that is looking to add another skilled tradesman to our team.
Duties include:
Light Electrical - Ceiling fans, light fixtures,
Light Plumbing - Replace water heaters, install faucets, install toilets, irrigation repairs
Yard clean up, furniture removal, painting, drywall repairs etc.
No felonies, looking for a clean-cut professional that can take instruction and complete tasks on time.
Willing to train for the right person.
Personal truck preferred but not mandatory.
We work from 8:30am to 5pm.
