What You’ll Do:

- Install insulation and home energy upgrades
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, and basements
- Use ladders, tools, and insulation equipment safely
- Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and on ladders
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Experience in carpentry, drywall, or construction is a plus
- Motivation to grow and advance within the company
- Must pass a background check

Pay & Benefits:

- Base Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Job Type: Full-time
