Plaque Builder / Production Craftsman

Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site)


We are a premier custom plaque and award manufacturer for the music, sports, and entertainment industries. We build high-end, one-of-a-kind pieces for major artists, labels, and brands. We’re looking for a detail-obsessed builder to join our frame shop and help assemble our plaques to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

-Assemble custom plaques and awards from printed artwork, acrylic, metal plates, vinyl records, and specialty materials

-Precisely align, mount, and finish components to exact specifications

-Follow detailed build instructions and quality standards for each order

-Inspect finished pieces for accuracy, cleanliness, and craftsmanship

-Work closely with production and design teams to ensure consistency

-Maintain a clean, organized workstation and handle materials with care

What We’re Looking For

-Extremely detail-oriented — you notice misalignment, dust, and imperfections others miss

-Hands-on builder mindset with patience and pride in precision work

-Background in crafts, fabrication, model-making, woodworking, art, or hands-on production is a big plus

-Comfortable working with your hands and tools (training provided)

-Able to follow instructions, templates, and checklists consistently

-Reliable, focused, and able to work independently once trained

Experience

-Framing experience not required

-Production, crafts, assembly, art, fabrication, or workshop experience preferred

-Willingness to learn and improve is more important than prior industry experience
