Key Responsibilities
* Perform residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services (e.g. home, office, move‑in/out, post‑construction)
* Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
* Handle cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently
* Report supply needs, damages, or maintenance issues to management
* Follow company standards and client instructions to ensure satisfaction
* Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to provide excellent service

Qualifications & Skills
* Previous cleaning experience preferred (training provided)
* Strong attention to detail and thorough work ethic
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Positive attitude and good communication skills
* Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs and stand for long periods
