1-Call Staffing is currently hiring a Manufacturing Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a leading manufacturer of ventilation products. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments

Verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips

Prepare and package finished goods for shipment

Generate shipping documents and bills of lading

Load and unload trucks (forklift or pallet jack)

Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas

Assist with inventory counts and material tracking

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

5 years of previous warehouse or manufacturing shipping and receiving experience

Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to certify)

Basic computer skills. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), data entry, and basic math

Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items often up to 50-70lbs

Steel or composite toe boots required

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor manages the inbound and outbound flow of goods,
raw materials, and finished products. Key duties include verifying shipments against
orders, operating material handling equipment (forklifts), updating inventory systems,
packing goods, and documenting damages. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and
safety in logistics. Accuracy in inventory control is a must.
