What You’ll Do
• Connect with families to understand their insurance and financial protection needs
• Recommend solutions that fit each client’s budget and coverage goals
• Review medical and prescription history to help ensure carrier approval
• Accurately complete and submit insurance applications
• Follow carrier requirements to ensure smooth application approvals
• Maintain long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support and policy reviews

What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
• Ability to build trust and rapport with families
• Self-starter mindset with goal-setting and follow-through
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and workload
• Entrepreneurial attitude — you take ownership of your success
• Clean background (no criminal history)
