Experienced Carpet & Tile Cleaning Technician

Seeking a motivated, fully trained carpet and tile cleaning technician with a minimum of 6 months experience. Formal training and certification is a plus. We service residential and commercial accounts. There will also be area rug cleaning, which we will train the right person to professionally clean. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your knowledge into the ever growing service of area rug cleaning.

Customary hours of work are Monday through Friday 9:00 - 5:00, however there will be times when evening and/or Saturday work is required. Technician is required to work occasional evenings and Saturdays when work is scheduled for these times.

QUALIFYING CANDIDATE:

- Experienced in all aspects of carpet and floor tile and grout cleaning

- Upholstery cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary

- Area rug cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary

Responsibilities:

- Able to lift 75 lbs.

- Able to bend and stand for long periods of time as part of job duties

- Have great communication skills to with clients

- Able to efficiently do basic math and paperwork with clients

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Carpet, Tile, Upholstery, Luxury Vinyl and Area Rug Cleaning

- Working closely with clients to provide an excellent experience for them with superb customer service

- Maintaining equipment and ensuring equipment is clean and in working condition at all times

CANDIDATE MUST ALSO BE:

- Able to pass a drug test

- Able to pass a criminal background check

- Have a clean driver's license

- Have own transportation to and from work. We will provide company vehicles for the actual work
