Job Description

Airport Service Company at LAX and Ontario is looking for an Office admin to join the team. In this role you will provide essential administrative and clerical support, keeping an office running smoothly by handling tasks like answering phones, scheduling, managing files, processing mail, ordering supplies, data entry for AR/AP and assisting management and employees with daily administrative tasks, acting as a versatile hub for organizational efficiency through strong communication and multitasking skills, often using computer software and acting as the first point of contact for employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Communication: Answering phones, directing calls, managing emails.
Scheduling: Scheduling appointments for badges, managing calendars, arranging meetings.
Organization: Filing, data entry, maintaining databases, organizing files and supplies.
Document Handling: Preparing memos, reports, invoices, and editing documents.
Support: Assisting others with various tasks, coordinating meetings, deadlines, managing expenses.
Essential Skills
Organization & Time Management: Keeping track of multiple tasks and priorities.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
Communication: Clear verbal and written skills.
Adaptability: Handling varied and changing daily tasks.
Problem-Solving: Proactively addressing issues and anticipating needs.

HR experience is a plus.
