Jr. Associate

1. Manage a personal injury case load from initial consultation through resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation phases.
2. Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery responses, settlement demands, and trial briefs.
3. Interviewing potential clients, gathering all relevant information, investigating the facts to determine the advisability of the cases.
4. Conduct legal research to support case strategy and motion practice.
5. Attend court hearing, depositions, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients.
6. Engage in settlement negotiations with insurance adjuster and opposing counsel
7. Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant case information and evidence.
8. Review and analyze medical records, accident reports, and expert evaluations.
9. Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to ensure high-quality client representation.
10. Maintain current knowledge in new laws and regulations. Gather and analyze legal data, legal precedents, legal articles, codes and other relevant legal documents.

Job Requirement: California Bar license is required for this position.
Communication is Mandarin is preferred but not required because the majority of our clients speak Mandarin
