Duties

Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs, learning style, and educational goals
Utilize innovative learning technology and resources to enhance the tutoring experience
Deliver clear, engaging instruction across subjects such as literacy, numeracy, science, or social studies
Track student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Incorporate special education techniques when working with students requiring additional support
Requirements

Proven experience with tutoring or teaching in classroom or one-on-one settings
Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning methods
Familiarity with learning technology tools and digital educational platforms
Experience working with children, including early childhood or preschool age groups
Background in classroom management and behavior guidance techniques
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate learners
Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse student needs, including special education or adult learners
Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education is a plus
