### 🔧 Position: Experienced RV Technician or experience in remodeling, or various other jobs that pertain to RVs.

### ✅ What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 3+ years RV technician experience
* Strong knowledge of:

* 12V & 120V electrical systems
* Solar & lithium battery installs (Victron experience a plus)
* Plumbing systems
* Slide-outs & leveling systems
* A/C, furnaces, water heaters
* Basic diagnostics & troubleshooting
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Clean driving record
* Professional attitude & team player

### 🔋 Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued):

* Inverter installs
* Generator diagnostics
* Fabrication skills
* Experience with luxury coaches or diesel pushers
