CAD Drafter

Are you extremely knowledgeable & passionate about landscape design, swimming pool construction, hardscape & masonry projects? We are seeking a full-time "office-based" position that can grow in our swimming pool & landscape, CAD/DESIGN department.

Ideal candidate will have experience in the following: AutoCAD Drafting, 4k/Aluma-Wood Structures a plus, Pergola and Ramada Construction, Landscape & Hardscape Design & Construction, Landscape Architecture, Swimming Pool Construction & Planning. Landscape Architects & similar would make excellent candidates!

Position information:
- 40 hrs/week 8-5pm
- CAD Drafting experience in Landscape/Pools/Pergolas/Ramadas/Construction a must using (AutoCAD 2021+, Pool Studio both pluses)
- Construction permitting & engineering processes required (take project from design to engineering, CAD, permitting & construction)
- Construction/Landscape/Pools experience REQUIRED!!!
- Strong leadership & customer service skills required
- Can have sales/construction background in Construction/Landscape/Pools
- Ready to jump right in and a go getter, with "drive" for success
- Ready & willing to make deadlines
