For over 25 years, our family-owned exterior services company has proudly served our community with a commitment to customer service, integrity, and pride in workmanship. We’re growing and looking for a strong Operations Manager to help lead our team and support our continued success.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and takes pride in building strong teams.

What You’ll Do
   •   Oversee daily operations of our parking lot sweeping, pressure washing, and day-porter crews
   •   Schedule and coordinate employee shifts
   •   Ensure equipment is maintained, organized, and job-ready
   •   Monitor inventory and supplies
   •   Enforce safety standards and best practices
   •   Lead hiring, performance management, and employee development
   •   Prepare estimates and conduct job reviews
   •   Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
   •   Handle conflict resolution with professionalism and composure

What We’re Looking For
   •   Strong leadership and organizational skills
   •   Professional, confident communication style
   •   Calm, level-headed decision-maker
   •   Experience in operations or field service management preferred
   •   Ability to balance time in the field with remote administrative work

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with some flexibility) Combination of field and remote work

Compensation: Salary based on experience, some benefits
