Part-Time Maintenance Technician – Apartment Complex (Seneca Falls, NY)

We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Technician for a 100-unit apartment community in Seneca Falls, NY.

Position Details:

Hours: 12–18 hours per week

Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Flexible, weekday hours preferred

Responsibilities:

General apartment maintenance and repairs

Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting

Unit turns and preventative maintenance

Grounds upkeep and common area maintenance

Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Basic tools required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail and professionalism
