🕒 Monday–Friday | Full-Time | NO WEEKENDS

Old Town Auto Service is a growing, family-owned automotive repair facility known for delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to help support our team and keep our operations running smoothly.
This is more than a front desk job. This role is critical to the success of our company.
If you love organization, numbers, systems, and creating structure — while also enjoying people and special projects — this may be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Office Management
• Maintain organized systems and processes
• Support ownership and management with daily operations
• Oversee administrative workflow and efficiency
Accounting Support
• Accounts Payable (vendor payments, tracking, reconciliation)
• Accounts Receivable (customer payments, follow-up, deposits)
• Basic bookkeeping and reporting
Customer Support
• Answer phones and assist customers when needed
• Provide professional, friendly communication
• Support Service Advisors during busy times
Marketing & Projects
• Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach
• Help organize company events and team activities
• Coordinate special projects
• Support continuing education and training logistics
What We’re Looking For ~
• Strong office management experience
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Professional and positive attitude
• Marketing experience is a plus
• Automotive industry experience preferred
