On-Site Caretaker / Handyman - Free Private housing Provided + $2k/mo

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable on-site caretaker/handyman to live on the property and handle daily upkeep for a private multi-building estate (mansion/hotel, lodge, and cabin). The role focuses on general maintenance, landscaping, snow care, and overall property readiness.

Responsibilities:

Snow plowing, shoveling, and ice control during winter

Trash and garbage management

Landscaping and grounds upkeep (mowing, trimming, leaf cleanup, keeping paths and outdoor areas neat)

Daily walk-throughs to check the property and report issues

Light handyman work and small repairs

Keeping entrances, walkways, and common areas clean and presentable

Basic pool and hot tub care (simple daily/weekly checks — we will train)

Requirements:

Experience in handy work or property maintenance

Willing to learn basic pool and hot tub maintenance

Comfortable with outdoor work in all seasons

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

Comfortable living on site

Preferably located in or near Middletown, NY
