Esthetician Instructor

Position: Part-Time Evening 5PM-10PM
Location: Santa Ana Beauty Academy
Salary: start at $22 or based on experience

Job Description/Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering High quality education and hands on training to students enrolled in the esthetics program. This role ensures students are prepared for state board licensure and successful employment in the beauty industry.

The Instructor is to maintain a professional, structured, and supportive classroom and clinic environment while complying with all state requirements, Beauty school policy and continue education.

Key Responsibilites :
Teach theory and practical esthetics curriculum of Milady.
Demonstrate techniques including facials, waxing, skin analysis, sanitation, and safe facial equipment use.
Prepare and implement Monthly lesson plans
Records and report exams.
Clean and disinfect all working areas
Supervise students during clinical services even if on each other.
Ensure proper sanitation and disinfection procedures.
Mentor and conduct professionalism and conduct.
Approve and sign off students practical and theory hours.
Address students concerns professionally and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment .

Qualification:
Active Esthetician License
Minimum of 3-4 years of teaching or industry experience preferred
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
