Looking for a rewarding outdoor weekend sales job with uncapped earning potential? Dancing Crow Vineyards needs natural salespeople – personable, passionate, and high-energy individuals who know how to sell – to represent our award-winning artisan and natural wines at LA Farmers Markets!

This is a sales-driven position. Your primary focus will be signing customers up for our Wine Club memberships (where you earn your best commissions!), with additional commissioned earnings from bottle sales.

No wine industry experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing development.

This isn't your average part-time job – it's an opportunity to leverage your sales skills, create community, and build lasting relationships with customers and vendors alike. It's a feel good job!


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

-Create a vibrant wine tasting experience under the open sky at Farmers Markets
-Pour samples and educate customers about our wines, vineyards, and winemaking philosophies
-Actively sell and convert customers into Wine Club members (your primary objective and highest commission opportunity!)
-Drive additional revenue through bottle sales
-Manage your own sales, inventory, and expenses
-Transport wine and supplies between our storage facilities and markets

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:

-Are a natural seller who can comfortably close sales and ask for the commitment
-Can connect and build relationships with people through engaging two-way dialogues
-Are comfortable inviting marketgoers into your booth and initiating conversation
-Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable without requiring constant supervision
-Understand that your earnings are directly tied to your sales performance

WHAT YOU NEED:

-Must be 21+ years old
-Reliable transportation that can fit a tent, table, and wine cases
-Physical ability to lift and carry 45+ lbs repeatedly
-Dependability – markets happen rain or shine
-Smartphone for payment processing
-Weekend availability

COMPENSATION:

-$200 base per market day + performance bonuses:
-$50-$75 per Wine Club sign-up
-Sales Bonus Accelerators start @ 700$ in market sales
-Vehicle reimbursement: $0.20 per mile + job-related expenses

Locations: Currently hiring for Yorba Linda (Sundays) with opportunity to expand into different areas over time.
