Day Baker

We are a high-end, 100% scratch French bakery seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Day Baker to join our team.

Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation: $17.50–$20/hour w/tips

Job Responsibilities:
-Artisan bread production (mixing, shaping, proofing, baking)
-Laminating dough (croissants, danish, puff pastry)
-Pastry production and prep (custards, glazes, fillings, buttercreams, cakes, and more)
-Maintaining a clean, organized workstation
-Daily cleaning and closing tasks
-Stocking and rotating ingredients
-Supporting team members to ensure smooth daily production

Job Requirements:
-Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
-Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
-Sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under time constraints
-Excellent time management and organizational skills
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 40+ lbs
-Previous bakery or kitchen experience preferred (scratch baking experience a plus)
