Senior Estimator / Team Leader — $115K-$145K + Profit Sharing — Cast Stone Manufacturing (Wyandanch)
NOT REMOTE. On-site at our Wyandanch, NY facility.

Corinthian Cast Stone — architectural cast stone, precast, and GFRC manufacturer since 1998. NYC schools, historic restoration, Local Law 11 facades, government buildings.

We need a Senior Estimator to lead the department.

THE JOB
• Own estimating for 500+ bids/year — you run the department
• Run and improve our PlanSwift → Excel workflow (moving toward ZOHO automation)
• QC all output — your name is on it
• Train and develop the team to build estimating capacity
• Talk to architects, contractors, owners when technical questions come up

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years estimating for a MANUFACTURER or FABRICATOR — not a GC
• Currently leading an estimating function — team, volume, accountability
• Excel EXPERT — you build workbooks, not just use them. You will be tested.
• PlanSwift EXPERT — advanced takeoffs, not basic
• Can read architectural plans, identify conditions (corners, curves, transitions, profiles), make inferences from incomplete info,
and document assumptions
• Have trained/developed other estimators

PREFERRED

• Precast, cast stone, architectural terracotta, limestone experience
• Masonry or facade restoration
• NYC agency work — SCA, NYCHA, DDC
• Local Law 11, mixed-use buildings
