ONSITE PROPERTY MANAGER - PART TIME

Onsite Manager for a small, immaculate mobilehome community in Torrance. Three days a week, four hours a day in exchange for a one bedroom, one bath mobilehome including internet. Experience in mobilehome park management is preferred; must be able to collect and deposit rents, inspect and write maintenance notices, keep park clean and wipe down laundry room, understand lease agreements and other related documents and be familiar with Microsoft Office. Communication skills, enjoy engaging with people and bilingual in Spanish - a plus. The pay equates to approximately $32 per hour and you will able to work another job if needed, we're fairly flexible. Please send your resume and a cover letter telling us a little about yourself.
