Female Caregiver Needed - Female Patient w/Dementia

We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate Female Caregiver to assist a lovely Female Patient who resides in Sherman Oaks. She does have Dementia, and you would have to engage and encourage activities (games, puzzles) and help with prompts and cues. You will also drive the patient (errands, appointments, etc.) in your car but mileage will be reimbursed.

You also must love dogs: they have a very sweet Border Collie named Cody.

SHIFTS (let us know which works best for you):
Monday through Sunday
3:00PM - 8:00PM
4:00PM - 9:00PM
5:00PM - 10:00PM

DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
*Companion Duties
*Engage in activities, and use prompt & cues when necessary
*Driving patient around (errands, appointments, etc.)

MUST HAVES:
*At least one (1) year of Dementia experience
*Valid Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance which shows you are a covered driver
*Valid HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
*Current TB Test Results (or proof you have recently taken one)
*Second Form of ID (one of the following): Social Security Card or US Passport or US Passport Card or Valid Permanent Resident Card or Valid Employment Authorization Card
