We are seeking traders with prior experience or serious study in forex or crypto who are ready to operate within a structured capital environment.

This is not a salaried position. Traders are compensated based on performance through a profit-sharing structure.

Responsibilities:

- Execute forex or crypto strategies with discipline
- Maintain consistent trade review and documentation
- Operate professionally within firm standards

Qualifications:
- Prior experience trading forex or cryptocurrency, or serious market study
- Understanding of risk management principles
- Self-directed and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to follow structured trading rules
