Order Fulfillment Associate — Part-Time

About Us

We are a boutique cosmetics manufacturing laboratory in Colorado Springs specializing in botanical skincare, haircare, and color cosmetics. Our formulations are developed in-house by our chemist using naturally-derived ingredients and European formulation methods. We manufacture for multiple brands out of our FDA-registered facility.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to support our production and shipping operations two days per week. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be working with finished products, packaging materials, and shipping logistics in a clean, professional laboratory environment.

This position is ideal for a college student or someone looking for consistent part-time work with a predictable weekly schedule. There is potential to grow into additional hours and responsibilities as the business scales.

What You’ll Do

∙ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment (bottles, jars, tubes, boxes)
∙ Apply labels to finished products with accuracy and consistency
∙ Assemble packaging components (boxes, inserts, seals, tissue)
∙ Organize and maintain inventory of packaging materials and finished goods
∙ Process outbound shipments (print labels, schedule pickups, update tracking)
∙ Keep the fulfillment area clean and organized at all times
∙ Assist with light production tasks as needed (weighing, filling, cleaning)
What We’re Looking For
∙ Reliable and punctual — this is a small team and we count on you showing up
∙ Detail-oriented — labels must be straight, boxes must be clean, counts must be accurate
∙ Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
∙ Able to follow written instructions precisely (batch records, packing lists)
∙ Clean, professional appearance and hygiene (this is a cosmetics facility)
∙ No prior cosmetics experience required — we will train you
Nice to Have (Not Required)
∙ Interest in skincare, beauty, or cosmetics manufacturing
∙ Experience with shipping platforms (ShipStation, Pirate Ship, USPS/UPS/FedEx)
∙ Enrolled in or recently completed coursework in chemistry, biology, business, or a related field
∙ Inventory or warehouse experience

Schedule

Two days per week, 5 hours per day. Specific days are flexible and can be arranged around a class schedule. We are happy to work with students who need consistency around their academic commitments.
Compensation and Benefits
∙ $17–$19/hour depending on experience
